Design Associates, Inc. is a California Corporation providing a
complete range of landscape architecture, urban design, and park
and recreation planning services. The firm was founded in 1984 and
its founding principals; Harry Nakagawara and Raymond J. Collins,
Jr. have each been established in California for over 30 years.
With offices located in San Jose and Sacramento, Orsee Design
continues to serve a wide range of commercial, institutional,
residential and public sector clients throughout Northern
California.

Design is comprised of highly qualified landscape architects and
designers, arborists, horticulturists, cadd specialists and support
personnel who are able to meet a broad range of client needs. The
variety of backgrounds and experience of the staff allows a
combination of creative talents to undertake complex planning and
design assignments and ensures a comprehensive approach to all
landscape architectural or planning projects. Orsee Design staff
functions as a team, with principals taking an active part in all
